Wyatt had a really nasty stomach bug but is finally starting to feel better and act more normally. He ate absolutely nothing all day Tues and Wed, was still puking this morning but has since been keeping down ginger ale, gaterade, water, cheerios, pretzel fish and 1/2 a banana. So I think we are past the worst and on the road to recovery. We did go to the doctor yesterday and he had no fever, a red throat but negative for strep (probably from puking) but he had lost a full pound in the last month. A bit troublesome considering he has gotten taller (he came running to me on Monday excited "Big boy now, I reach the light [switch]!" but they figured it's probably from the virus he's fighting and he'll be back up by his 3 yr appointment in June.
Cordelia was seen for her 6 month appointment, she's doing great and hitting all those milestones. She is weighing in at 15 lbs 14 oz (30th %) and 27" (90th %). That's 7 1/2 lbs and 2 1/2" less than Wyatt at the same age. It's funny because although she's not considered small, she feels so tiny to me. Guess that's the difference between boys and girls though, and I am really enjoying the fact that I haven't had to buy a new carseat yet.
Both kiddos hopefully won't have to be seen again until the end of June.
I went to my first physical therapy appointment yesterday, it went well and they were actually impressed with my range of motion. I am hoping that means I won't need as many appointments as the doctor originally called for.
Christian has been in Virginia but he comes back this evening, thank goodness, because we are all missing him a lot.
