Sunday before last

Howdy. Still not 100% but needed to get crackin'... lots of pictures, since I'm having too much fun with my new lens.
The Sunday before last, the weekend before we had yet another freak hail/sleet/snow storm (I mean come on, it's the end of April already!) we enjoyed a local tulip festival. Grandma Ellie and Grandpa Dan joined us and we enjoyed the festivities, of which included an exhibition by Christian's school on the center lawn. It was supposed to be wonderfully warm and lovely, but the weather changed at the last minute, so my poor kids were grossly mis-dressed, but we bundled with what we had and still had lots of fun. Afterwards, G'ma and G'pa went home and the kids crashed on the drive so Christian and I decided to use the time to drive through the nature reserve again... this time with my nifty new lens.
