Family Night

When Wyatt broke his leg, he received a few get well gifts. Mostly toys and things, but one very thoughtful friend gifted him with a Netflix membership. For those that don't know, it's an online movie rental, you pick the dvd's you want, they mail them to you, you mail them back. Awesome concept.
Well, we decided to pick a few old classics and start having a more regular 'family night'. Friday nights we all hang out, the kids get to stay up late and usually Christian is home or comes home shortly after we start our movie.
Last Friday we got Chitty Chitty Bang Bang (which I was shocked to learn Christian didn't see as a kid), and this was the scene in our house.
Christian and the cat asleep, kids were completely focused and taken with it (and who wouldn't be, you just have to love anything with Dick VanDyke).
I am loving family night!



Totally unrelated, I got a little crafty for a wedding shower gift for my soon to be cousin in law.
A reversable apron.
And my wonderful hubby being a good model for me.
I think she liked it, I was really happy with how it turned out.
