Mother's Day

I know it was almost a month ago, I'm still quite a bit behind, but I'll catch up, soon.

We have been enjoying our local farmers markets almost every weekend and we started off Mother's Day the same.
Here's one of the statues in the park at the Farmer's Market, someone put a rose in the mouth. Quite the Casanova.
After walking through the market, we enjoyed some fun on the lawn at the park. The kids ran and played with Daddy...
... and I did a little spinning on my drop spindle.
Then we did a some driving and ended up at one of the local falls where we did a little rock climbing.
These are the tadpoles the kids were enamored by.
And to end the day we tried our hand at GeoCaching (linked for those unfamiliar, it's basically treasure hunting).
Searching...
Found one! And this was running back to the van after putting it back.
I think... maybe...
Got one!

It was an awesome day. Couldn't have asked for a better time with my family or a more beautiful weather day.
