Spring Break in CA

We made a very last minute and quick trip to California for Spring Break. It was so nice to see some of the grandparents but we're hoping for another, longer trip this summer to better visit with everyone.

This was the highest we've see the water at Shasta in a really long time. It was beautiful!
We had a good visit with my dad, the kids especially loved hanging outside with Grandpa Norm and Buddy the pup.

We also enjoyed a quick visit with Great Grandpa and Grandma Hansen and Grandma Kat.
The kids got early Easter baskets...
And Great Grandpa let them use the change sorter, they thought that was a great time!

We ended the trip with a short jump in Grandpa Norm's hot tub. The kids think it's the perfect sized pool for them.

Though the trip was much too short, it was a beautiful time in California, the greenest time of year there.
